I was excited when I heard the word cross. After opening the bottle, I immediately got a pleasant and creamy grape soda, mixed with distinctive Runtz dark candy and gassy. It was an incredible smell. The structure of the buds was more like a foxtail rather than dense. The buds were covered in dark shades of purple and green trichomes. On the inhale, I got a slight sweet grape flavor and Runtz candy, but this was overpowered by an overwhelming gassy taste and sherbet. The oil ring was impressive, but my ash turned out to be very dark and sometimes even black. It didn’t burn out, but I did notice that it was not combusting as quickly as usual. Overall, the bud smelled, looked and sounded really good. The overly purple color or grow was what let it down. I wouldn’t buy it again. I should have let it go without packs. They should dial in this lineage to perfection.
