Candy Man Cannabis Cultivar Review

Aroma: 92.5/100 Grape Ice Cream, Zkittlez Candy Florals, Slightly earthy, with heavy pine-menthol layers, and a cookie-herbal layer with light dough-mint. Pine menthol hides a light lemon cleaner. There is also a dirty laundry musk & light funk. A touch of forest swamp may be present. Cookie / pine, candy and cream are the predominant notes. Good volume.

Appeal: 90/100

The leaves are blue-green and purple with beige pistils. There is a thick chrome-tinted trichome covering the entire surface. Good sized heads with long, wavy stems clustered near the tips and in crevices. The outermost pistils are longer than the middle ones. Structure is densely nugged with tall, chunky and wide bases. The curing is crisp and dry, with a slight trichome stretching. However, the trichomes are greasy, have a little lubrication, and retain some moisture. All around solid appeal.

The ash is white & grey with a light peppery outer layer. Nice drip from the rip. The taste is a strong cookie with herbal spices, pine-menthol and dough-mint. It has Runtz, candy cream, and Runtz notes. This sweaty linen floral scent turns into a gassy shoe-leather/rubber/freezer burn ice cream. Smoke and taste are both clean but there is a slight throat-bite. After the halfway mark, the burn is still clean and flavorful but with a slight increase in pepper/bite. At the halfway mark, Terp Ring changed from a fat oil dripping ring to a greasy shiny wet layer of resin. Overall, a very satisfying session.

Low red eyes & nice bake with headband. The high is euphoric with a good mood lift, but the strain is mostly indica. It’s a relaxing, stoney buzz that lasts 2.75 hours. The body buzz was melty, semi-couchlocked but I could get up and move if needed. Strong, clean buzz.
