Friday 14th September *16.00 ndash; 17.00 Meeting at the beautiful, rustic land of Yurts, connect with the amazing nature. *17.30 ndash; 19.30 Traditional Indian Hatha Yoga ndash; Pranayama ndash; Meditation - Aromatherapy Wersquo;ll begin our event, with a meeting in the nature that provides the calmness, the joy of being, during a guided Traditional Indian Hatha Yoga practice suitable for all levels. ldquo;Yoga means lsquo;union,rsquo; and when itrsquo;s practiced outdoors it seems like the union with nature, humanity, and the universe is truly felt.rdquo; Many aspects of yoga are in fact about being in the moment and at one with nature or the universe. Saturday 15th September *6.30 ndash; 7.30 Vipassana Meditation - enjoy the silence! Just being in present awareness, at ease in our own quiet hearts, can make us a reflecting water, and those who gather around will tend to see their own images. Many times I have had profound life realizations while sitting in the company of teachers, friends, or loved ones without speaking a word. There is a presence that transmits itself loud and clear, if we attune to it. In awakened awareness we use language to communicate while knowing that another, more powerful communication is taking place in deeper awareness. *7.30 ndash; 8.30 Ayurvedic Tea time *8.30 ndash; 10.30 Rise and Shine Morning Traditional Indian Hatha Yoga/Pranayama *10.30 ndash; 11.30 Vegan and Vegetarian Brunch *11.30 -15.00 Time to rest and enjoy yourself! Colouring Mandalas, sleep, rest in the nature, or what is making your soul happy! *15.00 ndash; 16.00 Karma Yoga can be applied to everything you do: from the most trivial, ordinary tasks to greater, more challenging works. We will practice pranayama (control over Prana - breathing techniques) mantras and mudras, asanas (postures suited to your individual needs) aromatherapy and meditation. *20.00 ndash; 23.00 After yoga, enjoy a healthy and delicious dinner, which will include Indian vegan dishes and Ayurvedic tea. Spend the evening Chanting around the fire, enjoying the new friends, with ayurvedic tea and a wide open space with an uninterrupted view of the sky, soft sounds of nature, fresh air, and smooth stable ground beneath. Sunday 16th September *8.00 ndash; 9.30 Walking Meditation in the beautiful nature around the Yurts. Walking meditation is a form of meditation in action.In walking meditation we use the experience of walking as our focus. We become mindful of our experience while walking, and try to keep our awareness involved with the experience of walking. *9.30 - 11.00 Ayurvedic tea, Breakfast and ldquo;Let me make this easier than saying goodbye: let me tell you hello in advance for the next time I get to see you.rdquo; Where?
