Stories, recollections and memorabilia from the Ibrahim’s Khan, the surrounding area and the lives of its people is what this project aims at gathering and making accessible for the present and future. The entire process and an exhibition-documentary will be presented to the public after the restoration of the historic site.

Several parallel activities will take place including a Living Library of oral history, with the presentation of live or recorded storytelling and narratives, connecting the area again with the life and the people who used to live here. An outdoor memorabilia collection site will be set up near the Table of Unification, creating a library of objects that visitors can leave behind in the form of photos and messages.

Writer Ulus Irkad as well as other Turkish Cypriots, who lived in Pafos before 1974 will share their stories with the audience.
